ENNHRI 2022 EU Rule of Law Report European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI)

As part of the third joint rule of law reporting cycle conducted by European NHRIs through
ENNHRI, this report brings together the country rule of law reports developed by ENNHRI
members from EU Member States and offers an overview of trends, challenges, and
recommendations, developed by ENNHRI on the basis of the country reports received.
This EU report, which will be followed by the publication of a broader, regional report
covering the whole ENNHRI membership, is meant to feed preparations of the European
Commission’s 2022 report on the rule of law in the EU.
