ENNHRI welcomes the adoption of EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive

In the framework of the adoption of EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI) issued a statement, which welcomes the adoption and sums up a series of key attention points that were addressed throughout the negotiation process. Furthermore, in order to align the expectations of the CSDDD with international human rights instruments, ENNHRI suggests ambitious transposition laws, which are likely to close the remaining gaps.
