ENNHRI 2024 Report on the State of the Rule of Law in the European Union European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI)

The ENNHRI 2024 Report on the State of the Rule of Law in the European Union provides an insight of the checks and balances, the situation of NHRIs as well as the  challenges EU member states face on a national level. Recommendations issued by National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) are gathered in this report in order to strengthen the rule of law in the European Union.

As a member of ENNHRI, the CCDH has provided information and key recommendations related to the Rule of Law situation in Luxembourg.
